Kids books are some of my favourite gifts to give and have my girl’s receive. There’s so much wisdom, whimsy, and wonder packed on those little pages. Some of m favourites have got to be from the Little People, Big Dreams series. These books simplify the stories behind important and inspirational women I’m happy to teach my girl’s about now. I hope these stories spark further exploration into these great women’s lives. The series profiles: Frida Kahlo, Maya Angelou, Rosa Parks, Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn, Marie Curie, Agatha Christie, Amelia Earhardt, Anne Frank, Emmeline Pankhurst, Simone de Beauvoir, Ella Fitzgerald, Mother Theresa, Georgia O’Keefe, Jane Austen, Ada Lovelace, Jane Goodall, Lucie Maude Montgomery, Harriet Tubman and Josephine Baker! I love the diverse backgrounds of everyone profiled. I need to collect them all!
