    My Favourite Sweaters

Before I found Sézane and Dôen I took a break from buying knitwear because I was so frustrated with how my sweaters would fall apart. Now I own some amazing pieces from each brand and I’m so excited to recommend my Sézane favourites to you. I’ve been extra picky with knitwear this year because there’s only so many sweaters one can wear but also because I want a collection of perfect pieces. I’m so excited to share what I love with you and hopefully you can gift or grab a great piece this season!

    The Gisele Sweater

I remember loving this style when it came online, and so did everyone else because it sold out quickly! I got a chance to try it on recently in NYC and was shocked to find the sage colour still available! I love the knit pattern, the boat neck and the slightly poufed sleeves. Sézane has released a number of new delicious colours in the Gisele so grab them quickly!

Fabric content: 40% polyamide, 32% kid mohair, 28% merino wool

    The Chuck Sweater

The Chuck didn’t impress me much when I first saw it but I was quickly impressed after I tried it on because WOW IS THIS SWEATER SOFT! A friend convinced me to order after she tried the grey version in the store and loved it. The fabric content is 35% superkid mohair, 35% baby alpaca, 30% polyamide which is a winning combination! I find my favourite sweaters have a combination of these fibres. Do yourself or your loved one a favour and grab this as a gift!

    The Charles

The Charles is one of Sézane’s classic sweaters cardigans jumpers that they re-release every year. This is a classic style with the prettiest details like the gold-rimmed buttons and removable lace cuffs. I own two Charles: one in white and in black which are beautiful and interesting basics. More colours of the Charles are added every year!

Fabric content: 33% super kid mohair, 33% wool, 28% polyamide,
    6% elastane

*The Charles are currently sold out but they are restocked early Wednesday mornings. Sézane also adds new colourways from time to time.

    The Gaspard

The Gaspard is probably Sézane’s most famous sweater. If you belong to the Sézane addict groups on facebook (Join! It’s a great community!) you’ll see everyone’s collection of this particular jumper displayed in pretty folded piles so you can see every beautiful hue. The Gaspard and Chuck are the softest sweaters without a hint of itchiness (they have very similar fabric compositions) so if that’s a concern try these beauties!

You can also wear this cardigan both ways with the buttons in the front or back making it a very versatile piece and a great gift!

Fabric content: 37% super kid mohair, 37% alpaca, 26% polyamide
