People often ask me how I catch the great items from sales before they sell out and my secret is: my kids. My children often wake me up before 6am and we have so much downtime in the morning that I often browse my favourite sites to see if anything is new. This is how I got my Poet dress from the Dôen sale and my Innika Choo dresses (here and here) that were gone in mere minutes. Today I was browsing MatchesFashion, ones of my favourite retailers to shop (especially as a Canadian because I find their duty/taxes the lowest) and some of my most worn pieces are on sale! Check them out below along with my favourites from the sale at the bottom of this post.
I got a few items from Lauren Manoogian today. It’s a brand I’ve always admired for their luxurious, minimalistic designs which all have a feminine casual vibe. These items aren’t technically a set but I’ve cardigan and skirt styled together on here and on Lauren Manoogian’s site. I see myself easily wearing these together in the mornings and I’m excited to style them separately with the rest of my wardrobe. If you like feminine styles but find it hard to buy a dress during quarantine I would check out Lauren Manoogian’s clothing and shoes.
