I mentioned in my last post that my newest challenge is running 3x a week and strength-training 2x a week. I plan to run throughout winter (yes I might be crazy) so I’m looking at some suuuuuuuuuuper cute winter running options! I highlighted some great pieces above including some items for the gym. What’s more motivating than, “JUST DO IT” in all caps to get me out the door when it’s -15 degrees celsius?
