Today Sézane released their Pre-Winter collection and it is full of some pre-holiday goodness! We are treated to some sparkly knits, pretty lace dresses and blouses and PLAID. Gosh I love plaid. Shop everything new below along with my favourites.
I am a sucker for gold stars so the Amele blouse was the first in my cart. I was happy to see the fabric content is a mix of cotton and polyester versus 100% polyester so the top is breathable and I can wear it in the spring. Also the model is wearing the pretty v-neck on the back but it can be worn in the front. Points for versatility!
The second piece that went into my cart was the pretty Hortense sweater! And did I ever have a tough time deciding on what colour to choose! I love the ecru and black version but the petal is something a little different.
The third item is the pretty silk Quitterie blouse. This fabric was one of the first that Sézane teased on their instagram for the pre-winter collection and it is stunning and interesting. When you first look at the fabric it’s a pink with black polka dots with satin sheen but upon further inspection you’ll see a subtle floral and polka dot pattern that is contrasted by the fact that it’s matte. I find this such a beautiful detail. You can also find this fabric in the Ann shirt, and the Justine Dress.
Right now I’m going to wait for more sparkly and lace pieces to show up with their main winter collection so I’m just purchasing the Amele blouse . Special mention goes to the items above that I removed from my cart including the Nolwenn sweater, and Plaid Will Jacket.
