Today Sézane released part 1 of their Pre-Fall Look book and their Heritage Leather Bag Collection called, “La Maroquinerie”. We have been seeing sneak peeks all month starting with the gorgeous Victor and Nicole and now we can finally shop these amazing bags! Founder Morgane Sezalory says her and her team have worked on these bags for the past two years and designed these pieces to be cherished. Within the listing of each bag they explain a little bit about them,
“Our héritage leather line is made from vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, chosen for its vintage look and color variations. Overtime, it will develop a patina; a natural tarnish, which reveals the small marks of life that give it a unique appearance. A living story, your bag becomes truly a witness to your life.”
I own the Claude Bag which was was re-released in this collection in new colours and I can safely say it has become a loved part of my closet and has been with me through many memories. I want to get my hands on the Victor, Nicole, Gaby and a Julie mini pouch to match (they made the Julie pouch in all the colours of the collection so they would match whatever bag you get!)
I’ve been in love with this bag ever since the “croco” version was released. It has the same chain as their Hope bag which I own and it’s one of my favourite details. I have a video where I review the Hope Bag here.
The round shape creates such a soft look considering the size of this bag. This isn’t your regular tote bag though it can definitely function like one.
Nicole’s little sister is fun and elegant. The round shape adds interest to any outfit and the gold details make this an elegant option for a night out. The brown leather version is already sold out so get yours quickly!
This is another style that Sézane has rejuvenated with new colours. The size of Gaby is functional (it fits a laptop easily) and the chain straps keep it elegant.
A true classic. I love my version in chocolate and I’m looking forward to making more memories while wearing this beauty.
The Françoise is perfect for work as well as for the weekend. It’s described as a “minimalist tote bag” but it’s so much more than that!
It seems Sézane retired Sam but it has re-emerged with a more minimalist update with shorter zipper pulls and sans a centered tab. I love this sleek version!
Along with Claude the Farrow is back! A fan favourite everyone will be happy to see more of their classic bucket bag!
Morgane Sezalory is known to design with vintage influences and you can see that in this classic clutch. Simple but interesting this is a beauty.
Another favourite that is selling out quickly Sézane released oodles of new wallet designs to go with their new bags.
I love the various sizes of wallets Sézane offers. You’ll make an excuse to pay the bill just to bring one of these pretty wallets out!
Sézane knows what I want. Yes I would love a little zippered pouch that matches my purse attaches to it via snap. PERFECTION!
