Hi all! This week I uploaded a video on YouTube about my latest kid’s haul! If you didn’t have a chance to check it out or prefer to read your content I have everything here! I mentioned in the video how I shop for my kids: mainly second hand, and then I fill in the gaps with new clothing. I tend to spend a little bit more money on my two-year old, Lux, because the clothing item will be worn by both girls then. Don’t worry about Poppy though! My sweet baby has some adorable hand-me-downs. Without further ado here is my kids summer haul!
Black ruffle swimsuit: This is absolutely the cutest swimsuit EVER! Why oh why don’t they make it in my size?
Black Printed Tulip-hem shorts: OLD NAVY HOW DO YOU DO IT? You’ll see in the next two items that I was on a black and white theme for outfits. I love mixing patterns and these shorts are the sweetest.
Black patterned Scoop-neck Tee: There’s nothing better than an easy t-shirt that goes with everything and is super comfy.
Black Patterned Swing Tank: This shirt paired with the tulip shorts are a match made in heaven!
Pink Ruffle Swimsuit (also in pink and green): All the heart eyes!
Jeggings: A basic necessity for any busy toddler. I love these miniature jeans because they’re comfy and go with everything. They’re a staple in my girls’ closets.
Tunic Top with hoodie: I thought this cute top would be a thicker material- more like a sweatshirt but it’s a regular t-shirt fabric. I love the length for throwing over any outfit when the summer days turn into nights. I know Lux will love wearing this too. Also comes in baby sizes!
Pink shorts: Easy and cute shorts that will energize any outfit. The white tie adds freshness and interest to an otherwise basic short.
Flamingo pyjamas: Carters has the BEST pyjamas? How cool are these flamingoes?
Dog pyjamas: If you watched my haul video it was these pyjamas that got Lux’s attention. Dogs WEARING sunglasses? What more would a toddler want?
Shiny Cloud Sweater: Lux put this on and rubbed her tummy admiring the “flowers”. I tried to explain that this is a super cute cloud print but the girl wasn’t having it. Flowers it will be.http://bit.ly/2s4OU2f
Pink Ribbon Hat: Once Lux put this hat on there was no going back. She has worn it almost every day since we got it! I love the vintage look it has.
White embroidered hat (Also in pink!): Although we ultimately returned this hat, the bow and eyelet pattern are so cute! It didn’t suit my toddler but it is a perfect bit of sweetness to a summer outfit.
Gingham dress: Another return and only because she has so many dresses I could not resist when I first saw this dress. Light and made of cotton your kid will be completely comfortable in it.
Grow cuff legging 2-pack: These leggings un-cuff to grow with your baby. I wanted to find leggings that were light in colour for summer but would still protect the precious knees of my crawling babe.
Cream knit garter pants: I’m all about summer comfort! I ended up purchasing these in grey and lite pink because they’re so cute.
Skinny Jeans Baby: I ultimately returned these two because they are more suited for fall. I do plan to purchase them for those autumn months.
