Right now Sephora is having a 20% off sale for it’s members! Unless I’ve run out of something this is the only time I buy makeup, skin care and hair products. Plus it’s the perfect time to start Holiday shopping! Browse for some stocking stuffers and holiday sets before the sale ends November 11! Below I’ve outlined everything I purchased and why I’m excited to use them.
Urban Decay Basics Naked 2 – I’ve always loved Urban Decay’s eyeshadow palettes. They’re full of gorgeous colours and well rated but I never purchased one because I don’t use that much eyeshadow. Well I’m not alone because UD developed a mini eyeshadow palette available in the Naked2 basics shades (matte neutrals) and the “heat” collection- a range of amber hued neutrals.
Shiseido Full Lash & Brow Serum – I keep trying to get the eyebrow I want (full, thick, and defined) and have tried micro-blading (ow!) and fluffy brows but nothing lasts as long as I want and/or I don’t get the results I’m looking for. My next step is to try growth serums which I’m excited about. These products can be expensive and are usually only focused on the eyelashes OR eyebrows so I was happy to discover Shiseido’s formula which tackles both. It’s well-rated so I have high hopes that my lashes and brows will be fuller and longer soon!
bareMinerals Color Me Clean Collection – I got this 5-piece lip, eye and face collection by using my beauty insider points! Sephora has an amazing loyalty program and the items available via the rewards bazaar sell out fast so I was happy to get this collection (it’s sold out already). The good news is you can purchase each item separately. I’m a fan of the Bare Mineral’s Gen Nude liquid lipsticks and I’m excited to try the rest!
Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream – If you have very dry skin I think you’ll love this moisturizer! My normal routine is Kiehl’s hydro-plumping re-texturizing serum and Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream but I’ve found if I skip the serum (usually when I run out) my skin feels dry. I received the small (well used) sample of this drunk elephant cream via the rewards bazaar and it’s amaaaazing and feels great on it’s own.
